We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it better.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Start a Return
Ready to return an item? Just email us at support@creek-couture.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply with all the details you need—including where to send your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. If an item comes back to us worn, damaged, or missing tags, we won't be able to issue a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, like if you changed your mind or it wasn't your style, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—in that case, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 Business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive something that's damaged or defective, please email us at support@creek-couture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right—whether that's a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping on us.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. But here's an easy workaround: return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer. It's quick and gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you want.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, store credit, final sale items if marked as such, and items returned after 30 days.
